Going for not necessarily my 6 all time favourites, but 6 that are a good mix to have definitely seen before you die.

    Halloween (original)
    Seven
    Scarface
    Rocky
    Finding Nemo
Legally Blonde (Seriously, I absolutely love this movie and have never heard anyone not to have enjoyed it)

My god, I couldn't even sit through the first one without falling asleep. There's no way in hell I could watch all three in one sitting.

    Very boring imo.

I like the others in your list though. :)

Titanic. For the realisation that it wasn't just a big boat that sank a million years ago but a tragedy where the last survivor only just died. When the camera pans back on all the people splashing around in the water i get goosebumps every time, imagining being there. And then half an hour later the boat rowing through all the dead bodies.

That part of the film really freaked me out when I saw it at the cinema - the screams seemed to be coming from all around - at one point I heard a woman's scream directly to my left, right on my shoulder - had the seats to my left not been empty I'd have sworn it was one of the viewers screaming . . . .

The Godfather 1 and 2 (one sitting) the 3rd is bland I think
    Scarface
    RENT (good for AIDS awareness)
    Breakfast at Tiffany's
Miracle on 34th street (I prefer the newer edition. though either is ok)
    Titanic

Bit of an odd list from the one person I'll grant you but they are my ultimate list
