Anyone else amused by The Sims 3? EA's exodus from Steam was because of the cut Steam took from DLCs, and yet The Sims 3 has remained on Steam with DLCs at a total cost of nearly £345.
And then they go and make The Sims 3 origin only on OHB. They should have given TS3 Origin and Steam keys, and then if they wanted to remain evil, just have DLCs that were Origin only. That makes sense to me. The current situation does not.

Nice one, and I've just noticed something for all the real cheapskates out there like me. The bolded ones come with marketable/tradeable Steam trading cards.
You could in theory pick those 2 games + 1 other, pay $1, get 6 games including the bonus titles then sell the Stellar Impact and Trapped Dead trading cards once they've dropped. You might actually make a profit of a few pennies on it (not sure how many cards drop for those games), if you did that, effectively getting the games for nothing.
Alternatively, use the cards to make trades for other cards that you might be more interested in if you're into collecting the cards on Steam and you get some games out of it having only paid $1. Admittedly these aren't exactly A+++ titles, but still!

Picked it up as sort of an introduction into town planner/city builder type games when the new Sim City game came out and I didn't want to pay Sim City prices, nor deal with the servers going down all the time. Lacks the depth of something like Sim City but you do get a funky latin-american soundtrack and military coups!

So far I've tried to redeem Trine 2 and Mark of the Ninja but though it says they redeemed ok, in the box that usually has the game title it is blank and when I look in my games list nothing has been added. Anyone else had this?
I've bought other Humble Bundles and never had this issue before.

Same happened to me. Restarted Steam and it sorted it.
Edit: Sorted it as in the games then showed in my library, it still continued to do what you're explaining with each game I activated.

Yes, it prompted me to restart after an update (it seems to need to update daily lately) it's working now, though weird that it isn't showing up properly at activation when their previous bundles did, that's sure to confuse a lot of people and make them think they got bad keys, like I did at first.
I've had problems with activations for over a week, i'm not sure if it's a new ill-advised feature as opposed to server overload, Steam usually handles activations very well.
