Yeah those are good too. The Stand fizzles a little at the end for me but I love the characters. And The Shining was very creepy and a classic.
And gotta love the Dark Tower books. (The Drawing of The Three is my favourite of those) And Roadwork he wrote as his pseudonym of Richard Bachman is brilliant but different from his usual works.
Are they the jammiest winners on Pointless ever? A wrong answer that was accidentally right, a guess that turned out to be right and one of their 'specialist subjects' as on option for the final.
I would love the BBC to release an interactive Pointless game/dvd type of thing. Most gameshows are standard gk questions but pointless offers the obscurity factor.
Also I wonder what the statsitics topic would've entailed...

Ah yeah, I've kind of given up on Horse racing the last 10 years or so, I only knew Sanders, because I followed him as an apprentice, so was interested when I heard he'd won Champion jockey.:)

I'd have gone for Carry On Stars
Still, they seem nice. Good luck to 'em!
Me too, the new show's called 'Mike Judge’s Beavis & Butt-Head', for heaven's sake!:D
