'Tourettes - I Swear I Really can't help it' on Really TV

Just watching this. I really cannot bear to think what these people must be going through, who have this condition. Luckily I dont have it, but what I do have is the tolerance to maybe deal with the expletives/attacks of a friend who has this.

How would you deal with it if lets say, you discovered your new neighbour, who has aggressive tourettes had recently moved next door?
