interviewing on this programme is bullish, arrogant and brutish. Sure, the cv`s are applications for a tv show rather han a job and execrise inflated egoism. However, if i was being interviewed for this job and treated with such disrespect I would say. If you are representing the personnel of this organisation. No Thank You. Not sure why none of them have. Surely they have more self respect and regard. A Job Interview is a two way process.

Very true. But a 'normal' interview wouldn't be very entertaining....

It's also to test your ability to stay calm under pressure.

To be honest - Chris has probably been the strongest at holding his own in the boardroom, so he was going to do ok at this, and he didn't let himself get browbeaten.

    Oh...Stuart. :D Er, what's he talking about?

I had to put up with Stuart for 10 weeks, I want to see him torn apart, otherwise it's not worth it. More Stuart please (being ripped apart brutally)

Edit - Yay! Finally, love this guy.

Exactly, how could she not know the answer to those questions. Missed appropriately

No internet - so does that mean they have to do the research before they turn up and keep it in a file?
