    I watched her coronation on a black and white tv in 1973 aged 13 and I loved it
    I'm 75 now and she's still on the throne
    hope she's got a few more years as our queen

    Bit harsh, Lottie died in childbirth so she's hardly to be damned.

    I think if Eddie had ascended the throne he wouldn't necessarily have had an heir, so Brenda would have got her bum on the seat regardless.

    It's a simple typo for 1953, that's all.
