Tbh, I find people on here much more irritating than any celeb could ever be.

It's just the fact you all try to sound so important in the fact you don't want them on your tvs.

And some of these posts are just personal attacks.

Carol Vorderman and Penny Smith because they're both obviously educated women who seem to think acting thick makes them more appealing.

And in Carol Vorderman's case, she seems to think squeezing into clothes which are two sizes too small makes her appear sexy.

    Short answer: no.

Fuller answer: it tends to be that people I don't particularly want to watch don't appear in projects that interest me. If someone I didn't like was in an interesting project, I would watch because a single person rarely makes the whole. Also, I think I'd feel defeated if I let that person stop me watching something I want to watch.

    This ^^

Katie Hopkins - obvious troll is obvious.

Dan Snow - Most of his shows are just him being filmed walkig about in exotic locations.

Voices irritate me, and so many I dislike are used for voice overs/narration.
Jane Horrocks is No. 1 irritation.
    Sarah Millican's No.2

Used to love Dave Lamb's narration, now he is just manic and needs sedating, can't watch CDWM any more.

Similarly, used to enjoy Coach Trip and Brendan was ok, but having watched it yesterday, find that he is just plain silly now.

I'm loving Britain's Best Bakery on ITV1 but Nadia Sawalha's sing-song narration is SO annoying >:( Just speak normally woman!

Caroline Quentis shouts and has the annunciation of a sledhehammer. :o

Another Keith Lemon hater here. >:(

There's one actor who really gives me the shudders, and it's the elderly actor Peter Vaughan, who first creeped me out when he appeared in the classic Our Friends in the North as Christopher Ecclestone's nasty father. To be fair, it was because he was so good in the part, and so believable as this really odious old man, that I took a great dislike to him. But now I can't bear to watch him in anything.

He appeared in the Merchant Ivory film Remains of the Day, and strangely enough, I had a friend at the time who was working behind the scenes on that movie, in props. She said that Peter Vaughan was a really lovely man. But I still watched the film (because my friend had worked on it) thinking "you horrible old man, you horrible old man," every time P. Vaughan appeared on the screen.

As for my husband, he hates:

    Jamie Oliver
    Fern Britton
    "Rita" on "Corrie".

The reason he dislikes the first two is that their public persona is a real familyman/woman, salt of the earth, on a mission to help other people - whereas my hubbie feels (whether rightly or wrongly) that they're probably v different in real life. He prefers someone like Gordon Ramsey who is nasty to people and doesn't make any attempt to hide it.

I don't avoid the whole show, but I won't watch any episode of Star Trek that features Troi's annoying mother.

Anything that involves the dreadful Nick Grimshaw and the awful Jack Whitehall. I cannot stand either of them, they are ridiculously irritating.

Louis Spence, Rylan Clark and Michael McIntyre are close behind, and also anyone who is involved with TOWIE, Made In Chelsea and the rest of those shitty scripted reality shows.

Forgot to mention Keith Lemon too. I really can't stand him either!

Oh yes, Alan Davis as well. I like QI but he bugs me so much when someone says something funny and he jumps on it and tries to carry the joke on, over doing it and failing miserably. I just wish he'd STFU.

Robert Webb... his voice is so irritating. He likes to adopt the sarcastic, cynical air of Angus Deayton, but at least Deayton's voice has a bit of variety in it, not a monotonous rumble like Webb's.

It's got to the point that even if the content of a show interests me, but I find out that Webb is narrating it, I will not watch, I can't bear to listen to an hour of that. >:(

Kate Garraway. She is like a cockroach that keeps coming back. I don't know how she is still on morning TV.
Russell Brand disgusts me. Totally obnoxious and not even funny. He thinks he is deep and intelligent, he is neither.

I avoid Miranda Hart nd Joe Swash like the plague.

I like the show too much to avoid completely but my heart sinks when the lights come up on QI and I see Phil Jupitas.

I avoid anything with Caroline Quentin in it. I used to really like her in 'Men Behaving Badly' so I'm not sure why she started to irk me so much.
