So glad she came home. Don't our cats put us through it? Since having cats I understand how my parents used to feel when I was a rebellious teenager who stayed out way past her curfew.

These missing cat threads really tug at the old heart strings. It is so nice to read that they have returned.

They certainly do...hate to see them, but very pleased that Winnie has come home:D

To get a catflap installed in a glass door you have to have the glass made with a hole in it, this is because toughened glass doesn't take too kindly to having holes cut in it. A PVC window specialist will come round, you show where on the existing glass you want the flap, measure up, note the pattern (if it's patterned glass) and bring back a matched piece and install within a week or two.

It's worth having it done, we had the bottom pane in our back door replaced, the new one's got a hole where the cat flap fits. It cost us £130 , but it's worth it if you can afford it.
