IMHO Tamwar is the most boring soap character, there doesn't seem to be anything to him, even when he was badly burnt in the fire (his biggest s/l), his reaction was so underwhelming.
And Fiz in Corrie. Normally, I would automatically include Emily Bishop, but her recent conversion into Breaking Bad junkie saves her from the Bore List, this time.
Tamwar's constant moping is quite boring. I know he sometimes has good one liners but they could easily be given to someone else. I think his character only survives as he is part of the Masoods. Same with Abi, she adds nothing to the show and is only still there as she is a Branning. She reminds me of Libby Fox a few years ago.
Julie on Corrie. We don't see her interact as much these days with her family, Eileen and Jason. She gets into other people's business trying to act like she knows what she's on about but because she lives in Julie-world usually gets it all wrong. Not just boring but annoying as well.
I love me some Tamwar, he's another underused character that needs better storylines or even one good storyline of his own.

Ian Beale is a good front runner too. Is he playing a pantomime part these days? His dreadful performances since Lucy was murdered have given us more laughs that we have had in years from EE.

Emmerdale : Laurel.
All boring.
It's hard to say her "point" when she's only been in about 3/4 scenes so far.. Give her a chance!
