When I was a teenager you had to own:-

    Sergio Tacchini or Kappa tracksuits.

    Adidas All Black trainers.

    Adidas Ivan Lendl tennis tops.

From my teens I remember Red Or Dead clothes and shoes ( I had a pair of limited edition Red Or Dead/Doc Martin cross over shoes I wore to school), when I was in Junior High I wanted Travel Fox hi top trainers but had to settle for LA Gear.

The raver lads in school wore Daniel poole jackets and those wide leg Joe Bloggs jeans.

Where I lived in the very early 90s when it was very popular to wear Cross Colours stuff, the NBA baseball tops and anything with a big X on them - this had little to do with Malcom X where I lived, it was just a popular look.

Levi 501 jeans, they were dyed in various colours and they used to stain everything when they got wet in the rain.

I used to love Chelsea Girl's clothes! What happened to it? You don't seem to see Etam these days either.

I had the nicest pair of black/electric pink L.A Gear trainers.

And got most of my clothes from Tammy Girl.

I remember kangol quite well, loads of people were wearing the hats and then the jackets too....and also clockhouse at C&A. I know I've seen clockhouse in the catalogues but is it the same, because they just don't seem as awesome as the stuff they sold in C&A. I still have my patchwork clockhouse jacket that I bought the day before C&A shut for good.

Yes. I can remember buying a cream dress with massive pink polka dots. It was a real 50's type style dress with a belt to clinch in the waist. I loved it to bits.:D
