6680 Memory Problems

Hi all,
I have a Nokia 6680 and really like it. The only problem is that sometimes, when I go to run TomTom, it says that there is insuffucient memory to run the programme. In order to get it running I have to turn off and turn back on again. I have nothing else running except my bluetooth connection.
Is there anything else I can do to avoid having to reboot my phone all the time?
