By "naughty" do you mean songs that are pretty suggestive but don't actually have swearing or anything in them?

The classic has got to be Serge Gainsbourg/Jane Birkin's "Je T'aime."

    Yes :D

I had no idea "I Wanna Make Your Love Grow" was so suggestive when I first heard it till years later!

    'Wet Dream' by Max Romeo.

As well as not being able to play it I rememember Alan Freeman could only call it ' a record by Max Romeo' when he presented his Pick Of The Pops radio show in the 60's:)

Wasnt Donna Summer's "I Feel Love" pretty suggestive for the time (especially for a disco record)? :D

The Monochrome Set - The Mating Game

    "Kiss, lick, stroke, flick
Quiver, quiver, shake and shiver, baby, wow
    Un-clasp, flop, gasp
Sopping, sopping, there's no stopping now"

The Beatles have loads of them.

'She's a big teaser' in Day Tripper was originally written as 'she's a prick teaser'.

Girl has a chorus of 'tit, tit, tit, tit, tit.

McCartney eclipsed that in High, High, High with the immortal line, 'I'm gonna lie you on my bed and get you ready for my body gun'.

I'm sure there are loads of others in seemingly innocuous songs.

indeed there are a lot of 'rude' songs that arent so obvious, wasnt 'day tripper' about prostitution?

'afternoon delight', starland vocal band (1976) was a seemingly twee song but was banned in the usa because of its suggestive lyrics.

"Let's get Rocked" Def Leppard - obviously rocked is a replaced word if you listen to the other lyrics.

One that's not perhaps totally obvious on first listen:

Afternoon Delight - Starland Vocal Band

EDIT: I see it's already been mentioned.

How can we forget the classic UK No.1's from 1995 - The Outhere Brothers - "Boom Boom Boom" and "Don't Stop (Wiggle Wiggle)".

The foulest mouths ever to reach No.1
