Eric Sykes on the Bill at the moment. (UK TV Gold +1)

I used to love the Sykes show.

Scary how old he looks in The Bill.

    He appeared in an episode of New Tricks recently as well - he's doing well for his age really. :)

    Another one who will be a sad loss when he goes. :(

    Is Sykes on any Sky Channel? I suspect this sitcom has dated rather better than some. I loved the subtle relationship between Eric and Hattie Jacques.

    Although it is available on DVD
