  Cheap London hotels do not exist.
  
  But I'd guess Travelodge/Premier Inn would be your best port of call.

  My partner and I usually stay at the Express by Holiday Inn in King Street, Hammersmith, 5 minutes walk from the Apollo.
  Not the cheapest usually, but you may be able to get a deal.
  Clean, comfy, friendly staff, parking under cover and complimentary brekkie.
