Worth it for me to see Jackie Lane break her long standing decision to stay well away from the show.

"How big is Doctor Who in Australia?"

Apparently big enough to fill a room with 20 people.......

I know - my daughter, who's 14, said he looks like a boy in her class!

It's also a good opportunity for a load of 'celebs' to get their fizzogs on the screen for a bit.

My celeb I think you mean "out of work actors looking for employment".

Talk about jobs for the boys and sycophantic grovelling... to think they get paid for this. Zoe Ball is awful.

    Dumbing down continues.

I loathe presenters who shout while holding a large microphone.
If the mic doesn't work - put it down.
If the mic does work - stop SHOUTING.

Hearing about how bad this after show is does makes you wonder how some people get top jobs in the BBC making such rubbish programmes.

In the naffest Dalek costumes ever invented!

It was like a fancy dress party for everyone who only got to the fancy 5 minutes before it closed!

Even my son who loves everything Dr Who has just said this is pathetic and was it aimed at children?

So are they including John Hurt as a Doctor? If not why not?

That's one thing that needs setting straight.

This going to go down as the worst ever moment in Doctor Who television history. How hard would it have been to employee professionals to do this instead of 'some guy from pub' and The Terrible Zoedin?

They decided in their wisdom to choose today as "1D day" so I wonder if it's more of the BBC giving them a subtle two finger salute seeing as the whole world's TV has been covering Doctor Who and nothing about them :D

Zoe Balls really cocked this up, her nervous delivery and her annoying way of interrupting each interviewee is infuriating.

What the hell has 1D got to do with Dr Who?!!

That bit where the herded up all the assistants to find out who was the most popular was embarrassing for them all.

RIP Mary & Elizabth, at least they didn't have to endure that.

The After Party is to me like a neighbour's dog shitting all over a lawn you've spent 50 years making perfect. Almost as bad as the cat (The live announcement of Peter Capaldi) doing the same a couple of months ago.
