Internet broadband for students ? (non-contract)

Hi there,

I am looking for company who would provide internet for non-contract internet, as I am moving in 2-3 months time, then I go abroad then I come back then again.. I am not always in one place. Or perhaps there is a company who provides a deal like when I am abroad they just switch off my internet and don't charge me, when I am back they switch it back ?

Most of the companies are offering 8-12 months contract, so that means even if I am not home I have to pay.

Any good deal for dongle as most of them are with 5GB allowance expensive internet.

Any suggestions ? At the moment I live in Paisley (near Glasgow).
