I dont think either of them behaved well in that clip, in fact to me, Gina was being very nasty. And at the end of the clip she says she was going to make Hazel be her footrest !!!
The signs were there right from the start of the series that Gina has a poisonous side to her character.

Hazel didn't get up because Gina "stamped her authority". Her "authority" accomplished nothing, not even Charlie doing what Gina told her to. Hazel didn't get up until one of the twins asked because said twin thought it might fail the task.

As part of the task I don't think Queen Gina is allowed to speak to peasants like Hazel, she has to do it through Charlie.
