Morning Arte, the kitten looks like my wee late Archie, he was run over twice! :eek: The 1st time the vet thought he would maybe have to amputate one of his back legs. Fortunately he managed to save it by pinning it at the knee. He used to sit on the back of the settee with his back leg sticking straight out. It didn't stop him being the Phil Mitchell of the area, he terrorised all other cats & dogs in the place, it was his 'gaff'.
He sounds like a legend certainly knew who was the boss!
I am looking forward to having a WHATM thread again, even if it is only of a couple of hours of an evening! Wonder who'll be quickest off the mark to start the first one:D
Plus it'll be nice to maybe get some fresh faces in here too:p:D

So cute! I think Millie is the equivalent to Cosmo, she's so good natured, the puppies and now the kitten, take advantage of her!
Bit of a mad whirl here - my daughter arrived yesterday from Singlepore, lovely of course, then she and I went to collect 'The Kitten' who is still as it goes, nameless:rolleyes:
Steady flow of people in and out later in the afternoon and evening - not ideal for settling a new animal but she's been brilliant:cool:
Hoping for a more low key day today, but there will be people dropping by to see my daughter - and the kitten!

I'd forgotten how time consuming young animals can be - so far this morning I've achieved zilch:cool:
I remember Arte saying when Celeste was tiny that she liked to walk over the keyboard - this one has been doing the very same this morning and then decided to take a nap on the back of my neck!! Very awkward for moving around:rolleyes:

My friends on Zakynthos are complaining of the cold! Apparently it is 14c but with a strong wind chill factor.

Its lovely to hear that the little one is settling in nicely.
Our boy that was a worry has settled down again so we are o.k. to take another boy now. We will keep him as our friend is fostering him until we return from our weekend away which was the main worry.
