Adding an audio file to a video with no audio on YouTube

I uploaded a video one time with no audio.
YouTube allowed me to pick one of it's own audio tracks from a library of 150,000+ tracks.
If I wanted to pick my own track from an audio track on my computer, is this possible and how would I do this?
I can't find how to do it on YouTube so hope there's an answer to it.
Thanks.

Is there any way I can make a copy of it from YouTube onto my computer and edit it with one of those links and put it back onto YouTube?

Firefox add-on downloadhelper. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/video-downloadhelper/
Takes 5 seconds to download and install. Make sure you download the best quality option (if unsure which, download all the options downloadhelper offers you and then choose the best, but it does give you a list of how all their quality levels are named). It does format conversion too if you register. Or use Freemake as suggested above.
When you've added the audio and reupload your video the Views total will sadly start at zero again as sadly, Youtube do not allow you to add your own audio track to an existing video.
I'd convert it to high bitrate .avi using for example huffyuv lossless codec, so you can use Virtualdub to add audio and synchronize it accurately, or use your favourite video editor to do it.
Had a bit more success with Freemake.
I was able to copy and paste the URL and on playing it, it was played on DivX Plus Player. Is it supposed to do that? Or would another video editor be better? If so, How would I make a different video editor the default programme to use for Freemake?
But I still can't find any way of altering the audio.
I also have VLC, Windows Media Player and Windows Movie Maker installed. Don't know if there's a way of extracting the audio from my video and adding a new audio track to Freemake or any one of those others listed above.
There's so many options to choose from in those video players/editors usually under such tabs usually named File, Edit, View, Tools, Clip, Play, VOD etc etc that I don't know which one I need to select and which one to go from there and then I don't know what I have to do after that.
Please would somebody be able to help?
Thank You so much in advance.
As for changing the sound track, I have never done that myself.
If anybody has done this and can explain it to me then I very much appreciate and value your help with it.
Thanks very much again.
Have you tried the links that mac2708 provided? I have used Windows Movie Maker once in the past to edit an audio track, but it was a few years ago now and my memory is pretty shocking!. It took me a while to get the desired result, but I got there in the end.
I cannot remember what file types WMM works with, so you may have to convert your downloaded file to the correct type.
