Rather than compile a list of famous people, I shall just make a list of the people I, putting it classily, wouldn't say no to.

    1. Brandon Flowers
    2. Matt Bellamy
    3. Brendon Urie
    4. Ryan Ross
    5. Tyson Ritter
    6. Andrew VanWyngarden
    7. Adam Lambert
    8. Noel Gallagher
    9. Frank Iero
    10. Keith Murray
    11. Zacky Vengeance
    12. Alex Gaskarth
    13. Jack Barakat
    14. William Beckett
    15. Pete Wentz
    16. Gerard Way
    17. Billie-Joe Armstrong
    18. Ian Watkins
    19. Syed from Eastenders
    20. The one in 3OH!3 that looks like Katy Perry

Sorry, I had to do an extra ten because I have split personality disorder. I hope that is a good enough excuse.

I'm not doing a top 10 because most of them have already been on almost all the lists. But I can't believe that Nelson Mandela hasn't been on most of them - or Winston Churchill - or Robert Walpole.

Yes, well, If you'd paid attention to my original reply I told Irishman he probably hadn't heard of Jane Smith BECAUSE he is Irish. In your case, you're probably thick.:p

Surprisingly you would be shocked to find that not as many people as you think knows who this guy is. He was never taught in my history classes so that is at least a couple hundred people there who was never taught a thing about him and I would say 50% would never have looked him up after school (and that is being generous :))

So he wouldn't be as famous as other people - I think it would be pretty hard to make a top ten of the Most Famous People Ever - The top ten would be known by everyone in the world to be able to make it into the top ten surely :)

I know that hence why I said I am not Irish and I don't know meaning your statement that because the person was Irish they wouldn't know was dubious at best.

So since Jane Smith is such a Famous Person please enlighten this truly humble thick person ...

I will elaborate. She became second only to the woman history names as Florence Nightingale, except Jane, who was not so well known, gave her life on the battlefield in her service to the care of wounded infantry.

    Now bugger off.

Not exactly appropriate for the Top Ten Famous Person Thread then?
