Youtube is down :(

Something to do with the US elections maybe?

I'm always so lost when Youtube is down. I'm always watching videos or listening to music or doing something or other on it. Hope it's back soon and that this won't be a drawn out ongoing problem. The site is glitchy enough when you CAN access it!

    It's back but it isn't just me as on a site where you can check if sites like Youtube are down it says there is likely service distruption...don't get too comfortable on there tonight.

    Take it as an opportunity to see what's happening outside in the real world? It can't be healthy spending so much time on You Tube to the point it's making you anxious when you can't get it?

    Every time I open youtube another tab opens and takes me to random games in the chrome web store.

    Had no disruption of service here. I've been uploading and watching videos on Youtube for a few hours now and haven't noticed a single problem.

    Lucky you. It keeps freezing and buffering for me now and I'm pretty confident my computer isn't the problem as I've had issues with Youtube since their last big Flash update. It's so frustrating. :(

    It was buffering a lot for me yesterday, but my poor little laptop needs a spa day, so I can't say if it was Youtube or not.

    Rather than it being your computer or a problem with Youtube, it could simply be congestion on your internet connection.

    Working OK for me. What is your internet speed. You could test it using speedtest.net
