    According to The Times today everyone who gave evidence has been given a transcript and they are free to publish them.In doing so they would be liable for any legal repercussions as would the BBC in publishing a full transcript.The Times suggested Paxo was extremely scathing about Helen Boaden and a number of other BBC News executives.
