  Yes, many happy times lying on the rug in front of the fire with my dad, brother, dog and cat watching Play Away - my dad had quite a crush on Toni Arthur

  I dont remember "watching" Play Away (I can just about, fuzzily recall Play School) but I did and still do have a cassette with songs from Play Away on

  There have been surprisingly big names who appeared on Play Away before they were well-known; Jeremy Irons, for instance.
