This has been happening with me recently too, send them an e-mail requesting your postage back because they failed to deliver by release day. I had to do it twice last week (for Aliens: Colonial Marines and then again for Skyfall, both of which came the day after release...). They refunded me without any fuss.
Tried the demo, didn't like the blade malarkey, camera spinning all over the place wasn't fun. In the end it just reminded me how much I liked Bayonetta.
