has one of my tuners died???

Hi, strange evening with the 9200 ...
came in and it was still recording at 21.30, it should have stopped at 20.31. Had to turn off at back to stop it.
In program list was a 32 min recording, but it wouldn't play.
Then I set the timer for 22.00, but it didn't record.
These 'problems' are at similar times to others having lockups tonight.
however, now I can only get one channel to record at a time, although PIP works.
Did one tuner die this evening???
It was all fine last night, recorded two programs at same time etc etc.
