They do. I've got red (not ginger) hair and hazel eyes that are stronger on green than brown. That said, someones colouring makes no odds at all if they are unattractive in other ways.

Though to be honest, if she's desperate, easily amused and got a pulse, I don't care what combination of hair and eyes she has.
I prefer brunettes to blondes though. Blonde hair has never really floated my boat.
