Maybe it is. Additional resources need to be made available as well of course, including trauma counselling.

Theresa May, I hope you're listening. You can't keep a lid on vicious crimes by reducing resources.

Should the law be amended to allow all housemates to have mace? Could grenades be an option?

These issues warrant full and detailed discussion.

    Alternatively, how about some palliative care from Dr Shipman? In these austere times it might prove the more cost effective option.
