Getting bored of the storyline trailers. Need gameplay.

There was gameplay in all three of the trailers.

To help you notice them more, the following parts of the trailers are gameplay with alt cameras...

    Franklin: 0:05 to 0:07, 0:11 to 0:17, 0:18 to 0:19, 0:22 to 0:25, 0:30 to 0:31, 0:32 to 0:39, 0:40 to 0:45, 0:47 to 0:51.

    Trevor: 0:07 to 0:10, 0:14 to 0:16, 0:21 to 0:23, 0:31 to 0:34 (includes Car Jack view), 0:40 to 0:44, 0:46 to 0:49, 0:51 to 0:55.

That really isn't a plus point.

The country music is a plus if it matches the game? what do you want them to play for a character like that? I guess its a taste thing but I dont wanna listen to my own music in games, I want the scene to be set by what sounds right.

that trailer looked bloody impressive to say the least. I was bored with the GTA5 hype but this has me interested again. very cinematic and if they manage to combine that with great game play its going to be something special. It has an epic feel about it.

This is a fun read all the pre GTA4 news RS really dont show anything of there games at all do they
it took till march 31st 08 till the ingame HUD was actually revealed the game came out exactly a month later wonder if RS will actually be able to stop anything from leaking this time because things have gotten so much harder to contain since 08
CapricaChris Getting bored of the storyline trailers. Need gameplay.

doubt we will get any gameplay footage

what GTA4s ingame hud looked like was not revealed till only a month before release as the news story above says

Same here dmuk. If anything the game felt dated to me in the trailers. Probably because consoles have been around for so long. But I didn't find myself thinking "Oh wow.. that looks amazing".. just felt like more of the same.

I'm feeling the same more and more i see of the game. Sure, it's new with three protagonists but when you slow the videos down and actually look into the detail, it's the same choppy peds. The Franklin scene in the strip club looks crap and reminded me of GTA IV.

Care to actually give the correct timings as the clip im watching shows all three protags for the first 10 seconds, the footage starts bang on 10 seconds. This is on youtube posted by RockstarGames.

Franklin's trailer reminds me a lot of San andreas, very nostalgic.

Apologies, now I've read my post back I didn't mean it to come across quite the way it did.

Back on topic. Loved all 3 trailers and am really looking forward to reading the hands on impressions on Thursday. Hope we find out more about the soundtrack and the explorable under water sections.

Watching Michael's trailer I found myself thinking, 'how awesome would it be to have a character based on Walter White?'. The answer is truly awesome.

If there aren't a few missions reminiscent of BB then I'll eat my pork-pie hat and sunglasses.

Yeah i pick up a breaking bad vibe from the micheal trailer thinkits the whole domestic family issues think that comes with it

It would be kind of mad if it turns out micheal finds out he has cancer during the game now that really would be a tribute

By the looks of things, it appears Trevor has a meth lab, although it looked like something along the lines of what Walter
and Jesse had in that crappy old RV, rather than the huge instrustrial level meth lab Gustavo Fring had them working in.

Those of you who have never watched "Breaking Bad" won't fully know what we're on about!

VERY Sopranos esque. Son (AJ) wants to be a bad ass and daughter (Meadow) is a know it all little bitch who whinges all the time. Michael (Tony) is always seeing his Dr, talking about his problems and his "business".

Not knocking it, The Sopranos is one of the best shows ever created.

They should do a goodfella's GTA one day. Rope in all the cast to do the voice acting.

I hope you didn't type that out for my benefit!:D Appreciate the post regardless.

However, what I mean is actual gameplay, such as several minutes from a mission.

I think Ray Liotta fell out with Rockstar after VC. But i might well have imagined that.
