Virgin have taken off Subtitles on BBCNewsHD

Way have they done this?
Its not the broadcaster
as on SkyHD and FreesatHD
BBCNewsHD has subtitles working fine.
Its not in one area
as I have checked with others.
On Skys Site

On Virgin you may have a Freephone 150
but you end up in India.
Nothing wrong with India
but they do not care about VirginHD subtitles taken off
from BBCNewsHD

If you phone them 0370 010 0222. Tell the agent that you will be informing ofcom .
Was that after you'd phoned the BBC?

Yes I phoned India yesterday
they do nothing and do not care.
Today I got through to Virgin Media in Scotland
they claimed the BBC have done this.
So I phoned the BBC
they are looking into it.
BBCNewsHD On VirginHD
has no subtitles again
SkyHD and FreesatHD have BBCNewsHD with subtitles working fine
no its Anger at Virgin Media
Subtitles are now working
on VirginHD on BBCNewsHD.
So the Virgin Scotland did fix it
or the BBC did.
Why does this keep going on ,
only on Virgin?
