I truly do not 'get' Ellie Goulding. How the heck is she so popular, and I like my quirky singers, Kate Bush and Stevie Nicks in particular but this girl, as nice as she seems, goes right over my head.
Cream Puff, you have just mentioned my 2 favourites there, Stevie Nicks singing 'Storms' and 'Sara' and Kate singing 'Running up that Hill'
That's what great singing is all about
I actually thought she sounded great, quite liked the song too. And she looks amazing for her age, despite all the surgery. I'm guessing from reading the first few comments on here that my opinion is by far the minority one though

It certainly is. The two best, most interesting female vocalists ever.:)
but in terms of mega plastic surgery she is looking good.
she is 67 now.
Quite, she sounded pretty good..for her age..certainly a lot better than many who've survived from her era, which began way before the 80s..
A number of her "contemporaries," couldn't hold a tune the way she did on Sunday and Meatloaf, who came along much later struggles to hold a single note, these days.
I think they kept hammering out "Believe," as it's the last thing she did that really sold and a few of her 80s classics, but she is, to use that overworked expression "a legend," and has stood the test of time..having had hits from the early 60s onwards.
Yep, the plastic surgery is not looking great and I think she could've chosen a more suitable dress for the occasion..

I thought Cher looked like Pete Burns' older sister.

Was Ellie Goulding actually wearing anything!?
