I really hope the Europeans are having a good pep talk right now and Hedwall, Matthew and Pettersen can do something special. Really hoping that the delay has put Salas off her putt to win the hole, but I've been so nervous and stressed today that it wouldn't surprise me if it when in.

Europe are in an incredibly strong position. They only need 1 point to retain, 1.5 points to win and are up by two in three of the games on the course, and tied in two.
Sky have been talking it up, but really Europe have always had the points they need on the board.
Starting to wane now :sleep: looks like a bit of a tonking - 6 or 7 shots? Against a higher ranked team on paper away from home is an amazing achievement.

The Euro v USA golf domination continues
Yeah, it's easy to forget now that the USA were actually handy favourites to win. This is the first time Europe have won on US soil as well.
I'll never get tired of seeing Europe spanking the US at golf...:p

Europe can continue to spank the Americans as much as they want at Ryder/Solheim cups. But America will continue to win most of the majors. Depends on what you regard as more important. Would Tiger and Phil give up a few majors so they can win a few more Ryder Cups?
