A couple bits let her down where she went "sketch show". Her reaction to being asked to go down the side of the building and the "mate" joke were the 2 bits that stood out as really OTT and overacted.

I liked CT. I only watch DW now and then but I have to say I think she would make me watch it more. Was never fussed about Billie Piper one way or the other and the one who played Martha had zero screen presence. Pretty girl and all, but I'd rather watch a kettle boil CT does have some kind of watchable charisma in my view.
And glad she doesn't fancy The Doctor. He needs a friend.
