Big spoilers for this week's Sarah Jane Adventures:

Not plot related but there's a very big surprise in store for the audience:

    That may confuse a lot of the younger audience :D

    It won't because the clips will obviously show Sarah Jane. Even little kids know she used to travel with the Doctor years ago.

    Plus also i would have assumed from the report off Den Of Geek they would have picked clips which would have had Sarah Jane talking to or asking the doctor(s) questions. Also as mentioned in School Reunion it had been established that she has traveled with the doctor in the past.

    Also with the arrival of the TARDIS at the end it will set up the following story which features the 10th Doctor.

    Not to mention kids would have seen clips of previous Doctors in The Next Doctor.

    Interesting they include the Five Doctors, given School Reunion seems to imply it never happened. :D

    I've tended to think RTD has relied too heavily on the portent type thing, but this time I am all for it! :D

    Aww that will be lovely :) the kids watching will really enjoy getting a little sighting or two of Sarah Jane's past and sounds like we'll have a cliffhanger ending as Ten arrives -looking forward to watching :cool:.

    Ta Combom they both look fab :cool::) -David on the cover of Total TV Guide also apparently (24th - 30th October) -just been reading on David's forum :).

    I would imagine the clips are being chosen for their suitability for inclusion in this episode and (perhaps) for the technical quality of the original material.

    As it is, Luke may still ask, "Mum, how is it that the TARDIS can travel through time and space but doesn't have the image capturing quality of the cheapest mobile?"

    Rani, on the other hand, will be asking "Sarah Jane, how is it you wear shorter skirts now than you did back then when they were in fashion and you were the appropriate age?"
