After Matt Smith, Is Larry Lamb in line to be the next Doctor?

Top marks for Matt Smith on his debut on Saturday. Maybe after he leaves. I wonder if we could go from the youngest Doctor of all time to the oldest. My choice would be Larry Lamb after his recent preformances on EastEnders and Gavin and Stacy. He may have the will too.

Have to agree with this. Maybe a couple of years down the line it might be a subject worth discussing, seems a bit weird discusisng the next Doctor after the new Doctor has just started!
