Didn't know where to put this..

So apologies if it's in the wrong forum..


But does anyone have eczema & have a spot problem? :o I keep having spots come up on my face lately and I keep naughtily picking them instead of leaving them alone. I can't use most beauty products now as I'm either allergic to the stuff in them or they trigger off my eczema. Ironically enough it was a daily spot wash/weekly spot mask product that actually set it all off for me 3 years ago :o

Anyone does anyone use any products to combat spots but doesn't dry out the skin/trigger off eczema?

    I can't suggest any products, sorry - but have you asked for a referral to a dermatologist?

    You could ask the pharmacist a local one for advice and you might be eligible for minor ailment treatments. They could give you a mild eczema steroid cream hydrocortisone and a moisturising cream like diprobase or oilatum, e45, they might help. My 11 year old is flaring up.

    Go to docs anyway they might suggest roaccutane, I had that when I was 15
