    The third award of the night is for 'Best Soap Actress', here's the nominees:

    Lindsey Coulson (Carol Jackson, EastEnders)
    Alison King (Carla Barlow, Corrie)
    Nikki Sanderson (Maxine Minniver, Hollyoaks)


    And the winner is.....Verity Rushworth...Emmerdale.

    Now, now, J-B, it did lead to the bonus of Marlon getting a bloody good shoeing from Ross. I'm in favour of any plot that involves that.

    Pleased with the winners so far. Donna and Ross have been the soap revelation of the year. And played wonderfully by Verity and Michael.

    And yay for Who Killed Lucy! It's nice to see EastEnders climbing its way back to the top.
