Virgin Media and the child lock

So much hassle. So we moved to VM 2 weeks back and we have had a problem. So last week my Dad said that he can't watch various things on YouTube, I can't even stream stuff either because the Child safe was on.

We called them on Thursday and they told us to change the settings we need to log into our account. We didn't have an account so I made one for my Dad. All good.

We got a confirmation email so we clicked on the link and all was done. Then with our new account I tried to log in with the username and password and it had a 'I'm not a robot' box which I ticked (and did that picture verification) BUT everytime it comes back and says 'please confirm you're not a robot' so I did it again and again and again etc....

Since Thursday I've tried logging in around 100 times. Still always comes back with 'please confirm you're not a robot' I HAVE. 100 TIMES!

All we want to do is turn the child protection off! What do we do?
