EastEnders ahead of the others by a mile, grown up watching it and now think it happens to be on the best form. Also grown up watching Corrie but don't enjoy it as much and it's currently dire. Find Emmerdale a bore and Neighbours is just one I watch if I'm home during the day!

Right now, in terms of enjoyability...

EastEnders, Neighbours, Home and Away, Emmerdale, Coronation Street >>>>>>> Hollyoaks

But if we're talking overall, my loyalties lie here...

Coronation Street, EastEnders, Neighbours, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks, Home and Away

I don't watch the bottom three so can't really comment on them.
I used to watch Neighbours years ago when it was on BBC one.

The ranking of the top three often changes though, depending on the characters and storylines.
Hollyoaks would have been up at the top beginning of last year and 2012, but it's become tiresome and repetitive lately, and my favourite, Mitzeee, has left.
EastEnders has been improving drastically lately though, and I've enjoyed it a lot more now Ronnie and Stacey are back, and the producer's changed.
Home and Away is quite consistently good, in my eyes. There's always been characters that I love, especially the Braxtons - they always bring the drama. :)

    Eastenders
Corrie (although i'm finding it extremelly boring at the moment!)
    Emmerdale

I've watched all three for the last 15 years and Emmerdale used to be my number one in the 90's with Kim Tate etc but i dont feel it is what is was anymore, although i still watch from time to time.

would never miss Eastenders now though!

I only watch Corrie and Emmerdale. At the moment Emmerdale is better than Corrie, but neither are "essential" viewing.

Bottom of the list will be EastEnders. That's the only one that will actually make me groan if I have to suffer a few seconds of it whilst typing another number into the TV remote.

The Maxine/Patrick story is giving HO the edge at the moment.
    ED.
    CS.
    EE.
Both CS and EE are below average at this moment.
