    The 'No, baby, no' stuff makes me cringe. Otherwise I don't mind her hugely.

    What a difference though from the quiet little mouse we saw on American X Factor.

    She's the best judge on the panel this season. She was the only one to call out what utter bollocks Ella's "Bring Me to Life" crapfest was. Go Nicole!

    The show needs a Nicole because Tulisa + Gary come off so grumpy and such a downer.
    At least Nicole looks like she is having fun ... Un-like Tulisa + Gary who are being payed crazy amounts of money,yet look like they are being forced to work in a sweat-shop for 89p per hour :eek:

    That kind of shizz makes me roll my eyes ... look
