    Last time I marinaded it in teriyaki sauce for a couple of hours an pan-fried it.

    Thanks, looks interesting, son makes his own marinades so probably have all the ingredients except maple syrup.

    One of my local Chinese take-aways makes dirty rice by never changing the oil. Egg fried rice is dark brown.

    The lemon and dill sauce? Wise choice it is a standard mayo for salmon in many Irish restaurants.
