Yes, I've just had one today as a matter of fact and I'm feeling very good (and clean) having come home.
I do have bowel problems due to a SCI I suffered in 2007 following an operation, and Colonic Hydrotherapy is something I have done at a specialist clinic every 4-6 months at a cost of just over £70 a time.
For anyone who's not had it done and is considering it, I suggest you go for it. You'd be surprised how much better you feel about yourself afterwards, it's a similar feeling to when you've got your house totally clean and tidy and can relax in it.
I was actually giving thought to getting mine done again, I completed a course of 6 sessions 2 years ago and it was one of the best decisions I made. Really cleared me out, kept my IBS symptoms at bay and helped me to lose weight when I used it within diet and exercise. It feels like your body has been giving a complete rehaul and aside of a little discomfort when the procedure starts its not painful at all, it actually is amazing to see just what has been stored inside you for so long.

I totally agree and for me it's well worth the money.
