Three weeks ago we were in Dublin, and travelling from the airport on the bus were three American women. My God, I have never heard such whiney voices and in a little-girl type accent. It was sickening. It put me off American women for good, so I wish they would bugger off as well.

So based on 3 random American women on a bus who annoyed you, you're discounting all American women? Do you want to have a think about that or are you happy to come across as so narrow and insular?

Needs a balance. It is entertaining but I suppose it could get draining too.

Yes because we'd really have a thrilling show without them wouldn't we...

Well we'll never know will we.

I don't find ex porn stars sitting around slagging everyone off and taking OTT offence when they're called out on it entertaining. And I find it positively cringey when they keep going on about how they're the queen/star of reality TV. Personally I think after you've done two or three reality shows that should be your limit. What is the point? It's now all rehearsed and manufactured - it's about as far from 'reality' as you can get.

Yes I was ........but then we had the 'usual suspects' jumping in calling viewers who expect a little bit more than low lives screeching and arguing, taking offence, hugging and making up only to fall out again and discussing filth - boring and out of touch.;-)

I agree totally penny. Fake, fake, fake. I hate the screaming over petty things. Wish they would all sod off. Hope they leave the Americans off next time. They spoil it for me.

The problem is when they are talking normally that does lead onto an arguement like a casual talk about sexuality then boom or if someone is talking about their personal life someone else will jump in and cause an argument

Me too !! It's just all so FAKE ! So fed up with them apart from Scoop and Daniel. My idea of entertainment isn't constant screaming and yelling and engineered arguments. It's becoming tedious.

Agreed ,it's getting to the point where i'm close to switching off altogether now

Have you ever been to America because I have been there a lot and imo the Americans are mostly fantastic people.

Aren't the Americans a team? Yet they are fighting among themselves.

It's almost as if they've been asked by BB to create arguments isn't it?

Every episode full of shouting and arguing is starting to get boring now.

Oh good. Judge all American women based on 3 random women you heard on a bus. Makes sense.

    No, don't send them home.

We'll be left with Sherrie and Gail making beds all day.

Keep the Americans in the house! :)

    Agreed!

If the Yanks left what would we be watching? Gail spraying Cillit Bang everywhere while the rest of them sit around drinking tea watching Ratboy & his missus crank up the showmance. Yawn!

It's all the weird phrases they have too like, 'omg, you can't be a slip and slider' or whatever it was. They make their own shitty phrases and rules up and then have a go at people for not conforming to them :p 'Woah bro, you sound thirsty!'... all these normal human emotions and feelings, somehow being given this negative label. A strange species.

And they aren't half conservative. If ever there's a housemate on celeb BB that has a problem with gay people or is overtly religious or has excessively conservative values in some other weird way, it's nearly always one of the wappy yanks. And they dare to say we're all posh, conservative and backward?!- it's actually them!

And how do Brits react to all this? Overwhelming support for the Americans, almost every year. You can bet your backside a Brit wouldn't go down even half as well on a US show, if they were as obnoxious as some of the US housemates on this show have been. Perhaps a mark for our much more tolerant nature?

Usual suspects invariably distinguished by a very high post count saying it's boring who liking the start of the last civilian BB where the viewers dropped like a stone.

You don't speak for the public only yourself.

Boring is watching Gail, Loose Woman and Burnside.

I find all the screeching Americans boring. The 'Loose Woman' as you call her is an experienced actress who has been in many major sit coms and soaps before being on Loose Women. She is a brilliant comedy actress and will come into her own when the noisy, boring ones have been booted out

Pity they had to pick all the ones who aren't for the show

It seems as if the American women got together before entering and planned what they could shout at each other about.

This required planning? Seems like they could squawk at each other over anything really.

I didn't see Chris once on tonight's show. But Jenna & Farrah & Janice and Austin are a little too loud for me, I hate when people shout over other people instead of just listening and conversing

All the engineered arguments and taking offence at every little thing is just getting beyond ridiculous. It's BORING! and so unbelievably fake.

Oh,please. That was your opinion before they even went in the house.
