Him leaving has nothing to do with his MUTV comments.
He wanted a longer contract than united were prepared to give him.
I just hope fergie has a replacement lined up or united are going to struggle.

With his appalling standard of behaviour, on and off the pitch, he's lucky to have stayed at MU as long as he has.

nothing like a bit of slander eh? and every criminal charge that was levelled at him has proved unfounded.

still, don't let the truth get in the way of your ABU blinkered world view.

if united didn't exist, you'd have to invent them to fill that gaping hole in your life.

Shame that. i love the guy even though people seem to dislike him(not sure why). He is completely and totally honest (a rarity for a footballer)and he's one of Clough's men which must contribute to his attitude. A great footballer. Hope he does become a pundit.

He was in my team at first, then they sold him to MU, he went off the rails without the greatest manager ever, Brian Clough.

Great player, too honest for his own good,

Man U made the choice of backing 1 34 year old Keane or going with the less talented but younger players he "dissed" they took the latter option.

    Celtic or Ireland next?

off the rails? if winning 7 titles, one european cup, 3 fa cups, plus numerous personal honours, is off the rails then i wouldn't mind some of that!

    mad.
