If you go off the meaning of pornography as being anything with no artistic merit that causes sexual thought, then half their bloody website counts. (And that's not even going into the scary "All Grown Up" stuff.)
Indeed, they carry photoshoots and videos from FHM that focus on breasts and buttocks. They never did define what they meant by porn, but the legal definition could certainly apply to images carried by their website. I know that several feminist groups do consider them to do so, so they may have set themselves up for fall in the distant future.

In part I think that's due to the fact it's neat layout and general easy to navigate functionality is streets ahead of any other newspaper site
Content / reporting wise it can be another story though
Read an online article, think "what would the average DM reder say?", then submit a comment of the absolute reverse.
Sit back and watch the fun. Quite often it catches them out.
