    They're told the first and third rounds so they can plan for them. It's only the middle round they don't know.

    It's only the technical challenge they don't know in advance. The others they can - and are expected to - practice.

    The only one they have no idea about is the technical challenge - the signature bake and the show stopper they know for at least a week before.

    The only one I'd be happy to pay for, decoration wise is Frances's. Honestly the other two would go back to the baker, it's not striking enough for a bride and I'm honestly not bridezilla.

    Apart from the technical challenges, they know beforehand what the tasks are so they get a chance to plan and practice.

    Frances tiers don't match.
