Using LCD TV's as PC Monitors

Has anyone used the Mikomi 17" or the Wharfdale 17" with their PC rather than as a TV?

I would be looking to use it mostly as a monitor but also watch TV on it. It also had to be Widescreen.

Can anyone give me any feedback or information on this?

you are better off buying a PC monitor with a TV tuner rather than a TV with a PC connector.

But a TV with PC connector will work, just not as well as a pc monitor would.

Have a look at the Samsung 710MP, priced at £229 its a PC monitor with TV input, not great for TV but great for PC.

all depends what you will use it for most.

Yes, I'm currently "looking" at a Mikomi 17" WS TV which I now use as a monitor.
All I can say is ... it was an excellent TV, well worth the money & is proving to be just as good as a PC monitor !
