BBC Doctors Opening Titles - Every Update/Version

This thread is for anybody to add a doctors opening title update to. For example I will start with the first ever doctors opening titles. By an update I mean when a character is added or removed from the titles. Here we go with the first titles....

Opening Titles 1 - Mac, Caroline, Helen, Steve, Rana, Kate, Anoushka, Ruth & Jo. (Characters Added - Mac, Caroline, Helen, Steve, Rana, Kate, Anoushka, Ruth & Jo)
(Characters Removed - None)

    Opening Titles 2 - Joe, Melody, Georgina, Jimmi, Nick, Filler shot, Julia, Archie, Michelle, Ronnie & Vivien (Characters Added - Archie) (Characters Removed - None but the first filler shot has moved from being inbetween Georgina & Jimmy and now appears inbetween Nick & Julia. The second filler shot has been replaced by new character Archie)
