That's one of the funniest things I've read on here today lol
NOOOO! Each to their own! lol Do you want to hear something even funnier? lol - I like salmon - just plain ol salmon fillets with no sauce on top - cos I like the taste of it and it has to be fresh! Do you know what I think fresh salmon fillets taste like? - And you will laugh cos everyone else does! lol - I think fresh salmon fillets with no added frills tastes like.................COCONUT! yes! Yes I do! lolol

Now you can all stop laughing! lol
I totally burst out laughing when I read this, and can't stop:D
For two chicken breasts I used
1/3 tsp curry powder
1/3 tsp chilli powder
1/3 tsp tandoori seasoning
1/3 tsp garam masala
drizzle of oil
For purely visual impact I added a few drops of red food colouring.
Sometimes tandoori seasoning can be very red, same with chilli powder.
The tandoori seasoning I used is more of an orange colour and the chilli powder is a earthy red colour so I used the food colouring to boost the colour. Serves no other purpose though. It will taste just as good but be a yellowish colour. You could also add paprika to boost the colour.
I grilled them on top grill setting until charred/cooked both sides.
Looks real tasty, whatever Huevos Rancheros with Carne Asada is:)
I can see poached egg and beef, what else is in there?
Huevos is the Spanish word for eggs, and huevos rancheros is a Mexican breakfast made with eggs, cooked salsa and corn tortillas. Carne asada is grilled meat- I marinated skirt steak in jalapeños, coriander, garlic, citrus juice, worcester, cumin etc... then seared it on my grill pan.

WOW! How did you make the chicken?
Yes I have a recipe, which I'll post here for you later:)

1/3 tsp chilli powder
1/3 tsp tandoori seasoning
1/3 tsp garam masala

Roast breast of chicken, piri piri potato wedges and petit pois.
That's a load of wedges for one person
lol hate to say it, but my plate is usually piled up like that too. Plus, you can never have too many wedges haha
You can :D
looks like peas to me
Bag says petit pois, and they look like em to me:D
I'm a very big person, and I take lots of wedges to fill up:D
Too right, the more wedges the better;)
That plate isn't piled, it's placed in a way on the plate that allows me to get more on:p
