Can't fault Sky Customer Service

I've got a few problems and need to cancle Sky for a few months. I phoned them and explained the situation, they put me on hold and came back to me - credited my account for two months

Sky's customer service agents do have hearts :)

    On the whole I agree. I've had the odd neutral experience with them but almost all my contacts with them have been positive and never negative.

    All my dealings with them have been very good but the stories about some of the appalling ones makes you wonder how long till you have that bad experience.

    Most companies would much rather give you two months for free than possibly lose you altogether for good, that's just business, but it must still feel nice when it happens!
