No Signal on 5 channels

Hi, i have a no signal message on BT Sport 1 HD and BT Sport 2HD, MTV Live SD, Talking Pictures and Fashion One

Someone suggested last month that once the old Eutlesat Satellite transponder had been upgraded i might get these channels back - but as of today i still dont have them

any ideas?

    All channels have now moved off Eurobird/Eutelsat28a, so you should be able to recieve them. Have you tried restarting the box?

    Can you receive channels 813 and 817? They (and various others) share the same transponders.

    Can you do a full, manual rescan with the particular box/PVR that you've got? I'd suggest doing that which should hopefully pick up the missing channels which were presumably lost during the recent satellite changeover.
